information stored in the Members' Area/Club App will be available for other members ie. Member name and current handicap. You can withdraw your consent to this use of your information at any time by contacting us;

We collect and process this information in order to help us better serve the needs and interests of our members. We use the collected data to:

  • to provide you with information relating to the club or associated events;
  • identify you in any online booking transactions;
  • to tailor the functionality/presentation of the website and to make improvements to the website;
  • to monitor use, including number of visits to our website;
  • to identify and block disruptive use.

When you join as a member we may share your information with external and internal data processors which would include Intelligent Golf Systems (our membership system), and the BRS booking system.

As a visitor to our club we may share your information with external and internal data processors which would primarily be the BRS booking system where your booking details are held.

Your personal data is controlled internally by the clubs Data Protection Officer who adheres to the Golf Club’s internal data protection policies and procedures.

Marketing

You may have opted in for us to be able to correspond with you regarding club activities including events and competitions by way of post, telephone, email, social media and SMS. We don’t share any data with external marketing companies and you may opt out of any of these forms of communications at any time by contacting the office on 01-8640533.

3. Where we store your personal information

We will store the data that we collect about you on our secure servers which are located exclusively within Ireland.

4. Members Area/Club App

You are responsible for keeping your password to the Members' Area/Members’ App secure and confidential. If you share this password with anyone else you will be in breach of this Privacy Policy. Corrstown will not share these details.

5. Website Privacy Policy

We collect three main types of information from visitors to our website:

  • Feedback (general questions and specific feedback on the website)
  • Newsletter & Mailing List registrations
  • Contact Form Inquiries
